Refund Policy – OnConfortSole

At OnConfortSole, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used insoles, for hygiene and health protection reasons, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@onconfortsole.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@onconfortsole.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@onconfortsole.com.
